Labs Project: Helpdesk Bot

The Problem

From our extensive work in supporting users through their Skype for Business adoption journey, Modality Systems knows that quickly answering user's questions and fixing issues helps improve perception and usage of Skype for Business. However this requires expertise and scale which cannot always be met by in-house IT support teams.

The Solution

An internal business communiction bot designed to improve user adoption of Skype for Business and reduce inbound help-desk calls for Skype for Business issues. This project is supported with the scale and expertise of the Modality Systems Support Team. Find out more.
