Microsoft’s Phone System enables users to make calls through Office 365, from where ever they are on multiple devices.
Billing reports for Microsoft’s Phone System include free minutes and any additional consumption charges. The current billing report provided by Microsoft lacks detailed information on exactly what calls were made where, and Audio Conferencing charges are billed separately. This can make it difficult for large organisations with dispersed office locations and multiple divisions to track what charges apply to which department.
Based on direct customer feedback, our development team at Modality Labs has created an additional layer of reporting, using analytics platform PowerBI, which simplifies Phone System billing reports by providing a deeper visualisation of costs and usage. This can be broken down by company, location, time of year and even by a specific user – making it easy to see at a glance where your money is going.
